Ingredients:

  • 1 cup bulgur wheat
  • 1 lb ground lamb
  • 1 onion, finely chopped
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/4 cup chopped fresh mint leaves
  • 1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley
  • 1 tsp ground cinnamon
  • 1 tsp ground cumin
  • 1/2 tsp ground allspice
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1/4 cup olive oil

Directions:

  1. Place bulgur wheat in a bowl and cover with warm water. Let it soak for 30 minutes, then drain and squeeze out excess water.

  3. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  4. Form the lamb mixture into small oval-shaped balls and flatten slightly to form patties.
