Spicy Beef and Black Bean Chili

Ingredients:

• 1 lb ground beef
• 1 onion, diced
• 3 cloves garlic, minced
• 1 red bell pepper, chopped
• 1 can (15 oz) black beans, drained and rinsed
• 1 can (14.5 oz) diced tomatoes
• 2 cups beef broth
• 2 tbsp chili powder
• 1 tbsp cumin
• 1 tsp paprika
• 1/2 tsp cayenne pepper
• Salt and pepper to taste
• 2 tbsp olive oil

Directions:

1. In a large pot, heat olive oil over medium heat.
2. Add onion, garlic, and bell pepper. Cook until softened.
3. Add ground beef and cook until browned.
4. Stir in chili powder, cumin, paprika, cayenne pepper, salt, and pepper.
5. Pour in diced tomatoes, black beans, and beef broth. Bring to a simmer.
6. Cover and let it simmer for 30 minutes, stirring occasionally.
7. Adjust seasoning if needed.
8. Serve hot with your favorite toppings like shredded cheese, sour cream, and cilantro.
