Ingredients:

  • 1 lb shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • 2 mangos, diced
  • 1 red bell pepper, sliced
  • 1 onion, sliced
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 inch ginger, grated
  • 2 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp honey
  • 1 tsp red pepper flakes
  • 2 tbsp vegetable oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Cooked rice for serving

Directions:

  1. In a bowl, mix soy sauce, honey, and red pepper flakes. Add shrimp and marinate for 15 minutes.
