Ingredients:
- 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 1 cup plain yogurt
- 3 tbsp tandoori masala
- 2 tbsp mango puree
- 1 tsp ground cumin
- 1 tsp ground coriander
- 1/2 tsp turmeric
- 1/2 tsp paprika
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 lemon, juiced
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1-inch piece of ginger, grated
Directions:
- In a bowl, mix together yogurt, tandoori masala, mango puree, cumin, coriander, turmeric, paprika, salt, pepper, lemon juice, garlic, and ginger.
- Add the chicken breasts to the marinade, making sure they are well coated. Cover and refrigerate for at least 2 hours or overnight.
- Preheat the grill to medium-high heat. Remove the chicken from the marinade and shake off excess. Discard the remaining marinade.
- Grill the chicken for 6-7 minutes per side or until fully cooked, with nice char marks.
- Remove from the grill and let it rest for a few minutes before slicing. Serve hot with naan or rice.
