Spicy Tandoori Chicken Naan Tacos

Ingredients:

• 2 chicken breasts, thinly sliced
• 1/2 cup plain yogurt
• 2 tbsp tandoori spice mix
• 1 tsp cumin
• 1/2 tsp paprika
• Salt and pepper to taste
• 4 pieces of naan bread
• 1/2 cup shredded lettuce
• 1/2 cup diced tomatoes
• 1/4 cup thinly sliced red onions
• 1/4 cup chopped cilantro
• Lime wedges for serving

Directions:

1. In a bowl, mix yogurt, tandoori spice mix, cumin, paprika, salt, and pepper.
2. Add sliced chicken to the marinade, ensuring it's coated well. Marinate for at least 30 minutes.
3. Heat a grill pan over medium-high heat. Cook the chicken until charred and fully cooked, about 4-5 minutes per side.
4. Warm naan bread on the grill pan for about 1 minute per side.
5. To assemble the tacos, place shredded lettuce, diced tomatoes, sliced red onions, and chopped cilantro on each naan bread.
6. Top with grilled tandoori chicken slices and squeeze fresh lime juice over the top.
