Ingredients:

  • 2 chicken breasts, thinly sliced
  • 1/2 cup plain yogurt
  • 2 tbsp tandoori spice mix
  • 1 tsp cumin
  • 1/2 tsp paprika
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 4 pieces of naan bread
  • 1/2 cup shredded lettuce
  • 1/2 cup diced tomatoes
  • 1/4 cup thinly sliced red onions
  • 1/4 cup chopped cilantro
  • Lime wedges for serving

Directions:

  1. In a bowl, mix yogurt, tandoori spice mix, cumin, paprika, salt, and pepper.
  2. Add sliced chicken to the marinade, ensuring it's coated well. Marinate for at least 30 minutes.
  3. Heat a grill pan over medium-high heat. Cook the chicken until charred and fully cooked, about 4-5 minutes per side.
  4. Warm naan bread on the grill pan for about 1 minute per side.
