Total Time: 30 minutes

Serving Size: 4 servings

Ingredients:

  • PAM® Original No-Stick Cooking Spray
  • 8 ounces frozen cooked Italian style meatballs, thawed, cut into small pieces
  • 2 cups baby spinach leaves
  • 1 can (8 oz each) Hunt's® Tomato Sauce with Basil, Garlic and Oregano, divided
  • 3/4 cup shredded part-skim mozzarella cheese
  • 1/8 teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes
  • 1 pkg (13.8 oz each) refrigerated pizza crust dough
  • 1 tablespoon grated Parmesan cheese

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F. Spray large shallow baking pan with cooking spray; set aside.
  2. Combine meatball pieces, spinach, 1/2 cup tomato sauce, mozzarella cheese and red pepper flakes in medium bowl.
  3. Unroll pizza dough on baking pan; press into 14x10-inch rectangle. Cut dough into four 7x5-inch rectangles.
  4. Place equal amounts of meat mixture on half of each piece of dough. Fold dough diagonally over meat mixture to enclose filling; pinch edges together with fork to seal.
  5. Sprinkle each evenly with Parmesan cheese. Bake 15 minutes or until golden brown. Meanwhile, place remaining sauce in microwave-safe bowl.
  6. Microwave on HIGH 1 minute or until hot, stirring once halfway. Serve calzones with sauce.
