Steamed Crab with Garlic Butter Sauce

Ingredients:

• 2 lbs live crabs
• 4 cloves garlic, minced
• 1/2 cup butter, melted
• 1/4 cup fresh parsley, chopped
• 1 lemon, sliced
• Salt and pepper to taste

Directions:

1. Clean the crabs by removing the top shell and gills. Rinse under cold water.
2. In a large pot with a steamer basket, bring water to a boil.
3. Place the crabs in the steamer basket, cover, and steam for about 15-20 minutes or until the crabs turn bright red and are cooked through.
4. In a small saucepan, melt the butter over low heat. Add the minced garlic and cook until fragrant.
5. Stir in the chopped parsley and season with salt and pepper.
6. Serve the steamed crabs with the garlic butter sauce, lemon slices, and additional parsley for garnish.
