Ingredients:
- 2 cups fresh strawberries, hulled and chopped
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- 1 packet unflavored gelatin
- 1/4 cup cold water
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1/4 cup powdered sugar
- Fresh strawberries for garnish
Directions:
- In a blender, puree the fresh strawberries with sugar and lemon juice until smooth. Set aside.
- In a small bowl, sprinkle gelatin over cold water and let it bloom for 5 minutes.
- In a saucepan, gently heat the bloomed gelatin mixture until it dissolves completely. Remove from heat.
