Ingredients:

  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1/4 cup milk

  • 1 egg

  • 1/4 tsp black pepper
  • 1/4 tsp nutmeg
  • 2 tbsp butter
  • 2 tbsp all-purpose flour
  • 2 cups beef broth
  • 1/2 cup heavy cream

Directions:

  1. In a bowl, combine the breadcrumbs and milk. Let it sit for a few minutes.
  2. Add the ground beef, chopped onion, egg, salt, pepper, and nutmeg to the breadcrumb mixture. Mix until well combined.
