Ingredients:
- 2 medium sweet potatoes
- 1 cup brown sugar
- 1/2 cup heavy cream
- 2 large eggs
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 1/2 teaspoon ground nutmeg
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1 pre-made pie crust
Directions:
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Peel and cube the sweet potatoes, then boil them in water until tender, about 15-20 minutes.
- Drain the sweet potatoes and mash them in a large bowl.
