Thai Basil Stir-Fried Ground Pork

Ingredients:

  • 1 lb ground pork
  • 2 tbsp vegetable oil
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 red chili, sliced
  • 1 onion, sliced
  • 1 bell pepper, sliced
  • 1 cup Thai basil leaves
  • 2 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp oyster sauce
  • 1 tbsp fish sauce
  • 1 tsp sugar
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper

Directions:

  1. Heat vegetable oil in a wok over medium-high heat.
  2. Add garlic and red chili, sauté for 1 minute.
  3. Add ground pork and cook until browned.
  4. Stir in onion, bell pepper, soy sauce, oyster sauce, fish sauce, sugar, and black pepper.
  5. Cook for another 3-4 minutes until vegetables are tender.
  6. Remove from heat and stir in Thai basil leaves until wilted.
  7. Serve hot over steamed rice.
