Ingredients:

  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1 cup ricotta cheese
  • 1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese
  • 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1 package wonton wrappers
  • 1 egg, beaten
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 jar marinara sauce

Directions:

  1. In a skillet, cook the ground beef until browned. Drain any excess fat.
  2. In a large bowl, mix together the cooked ground beef, ricotta cheese, parmesan cheese, mozzarella cheese, salt, pepper, and garlic powder.
  3. Lay out the wonton wrappers and place a spoonful of the beef and cheese mixture in the center of each wrapper.
  4. Brush the edges of the wrappers with beaten egg, then fold over and press to seal, creating ravioli shapes.
  5. In a pot of boiling salted water, cook the ravioli for about 2-3 minutes or until they float to the surface.
  6. Serve the ravioli with marinara sauce on top and garnish with extra parmesan cheese.
