This Three-Ingredient Strawberry Frozen Yogurt is a simple, healthy, and refreshing treat that's perfect for a hot day. You only need three ingredients to make this delicious frozen yogurt: frozen strawberries, yogurt, and honey. It's naturally sweet, tangy, and bursting with fresh strawberry flavor. Plus, it's incredibly easy to make – just blend and freeze!

Three Ingredient Strawberry Frozen Yogurt

Difficulty: EASY

Prep Time: 15 minutes

Cook Time: 45 minutes

Total Time: 1 hour

Serving Size: 4 servings

Ingredients:

  • 1 pound fresh strawberries
  • 1 cup whole milk yogurt
  • 1/4 cup honey

Directions:

  1. Hull strawberries and add them to a blender. Blend on high for a minute or two until they are in a smooth puree.
  2. Pour strawberry puree through a mesh strainer into a medium bowl. Use a flexible spatula to work the mixture through the strainer to get out all the seeds.
  3. Add honey and whole milk yogurt to the strawberry puree.
  4. Chill mixture either in the fridge for a few hours OR you can place the bowl in an ice bath and stir it to rapidly chill the mixture.
  5. Pour strawberry yogurt mixture into your ice cream maker and churn for about 30 minutes until it’s nice and thick.
  6. Serve frozen yogurt immediately for a soft-serve texture or press into a container and freeze for later. I think it’s easiest to scoop if you let the frozen yogurt thaw for a few minutes before serving.
