Ingredients:

  • 2 cups rolled oats
  • 2 cups almond milk
  • 1/2 cup chopped nuts (almonds, walnuts, or pecans)
  • 1/4 cup dried fruits (raisins, cranberries, or apricots)
  • 2 tablespoons honey or maple syrup
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1 banana, sliced
  • 1 tablespoon chia seeds

Directions:

  1. In a saucepan, combine rolled oats and almond milk. Bring to a simmer over medium heat.
