Triple Chocolate Brownies

Ingredients:
- 5 ounces bittersweet chocolate, chopped
 - 2 ounces dark chocolate, chopped
 - 8 tablespoons unsalted butter
 - 3 tablespoons cocoa powder
 - 1 1/4 cups white sugar
 - 3 large eggs
 - 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
 - 1/2 teaspoon kosher salt
 - 3/4 cup + 2 tablespoons all-purpose flour
 - powdered sugar for dusting (optional)
 
Directions:
- Preheat oven to 350° F.
 - In a medium saucepan, combine bittersweet chocolate, dark chocolate and butter over low heat.
 - Gently stir mixture until everything is melted together. Turn off heat and add cocoa powder and sugar. Stir to combine.
 - Add eggs to chocolate mixture, one at a time, and stir to combine until eggs are fully incorporated.
 - Add vanilla and salt and stir.
 - Add flour and lightly stir until just incorporated and no more white streaks remain.
 - Transfer batter to a foil-lined and sprayed 9x9 baking dish. Bake for 30-33 minutes.
 - Remove from oven and set aside to cool for at least 1 hour before cutting.
 - Dust with powdered sugar, if desired, before serving.
