Ingredients:
- 1 can tuna, drained
- 2 tablespoons mayonnaise
- 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
- 1 teaspoon lemon juice
- 4 slices of crusty bread
- 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
- 1 teaspoon olive oil
- 1/2 teaspoon smoked paprika
- 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh parsley for garnish
Directions:
- Preheat the air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
- In a bowl, mix the drained tuna, mayonnaise, Dijon mustard, and lemon juice until well combined.
- Brush the slices of bread with olive oil and place them in the air fryer basket.
- Air fry the bread for about 5 minutes or until golden and crispy.
- In another bowl, combine the cherry tomatoes with olive oil, smoked paprika, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
- Spread the spiced tomatoes on a baking sheet and air fry for 8 minutes until they are blistered.
- Remove the crispy bread from the air fryer and top each slice with the tuna mixture.
- Add the spice-dusted tomatoes on top of the tuna to finish.
- Garnish with fresh parsley and serve immediately.
