Ingredients:

  • 8 slices of whole wheat bread
  • 1/2 lb sliced turkey breast
  • 1/2 cup cranberry sauce
  • 1 cup fresh baby spinach leaves
  • 4 slices of provolone cheese
  • 2 tbsp olive oil

Directions:

  1. Preheat a panini press or grill pan over medium heat.
  2. Spread cranberry sauce on 4 slices of bread.
  3. Top each slice with turkey, spinach, and cheese.
  4. Cover with the remaining bread slices to form sandwiches.
  5. Brush the outsides of the sandwiches with olive oil.
  6. Place the sandwiches on the panini press or grill pan.
