Ingredients:

8 slices of whole wheat bread
1/2 lb sliced turkey breast

4 slices of provolone cheese
2 tbsp olive oil

Directions:

Preheat a panini press or grill pan over medium heat.
Spread cranberry sauce on 4 slices of bread.
Top each slice with turkey, spinach, and cheese.
Cover with the remaining bread slices to form sandwiches.
Brush the outsides of the sandwiches with olive oil.
