  • 200g rice vermicelli noodles
  • 1 cup shredded lettuce
  • 1 cup bean sprouts
  • 1/2 cucumber, thinly sliced
  • 1/4 cup chopped peanuts
  • Fresh herbs (mint, cilantro, Thai basil)
  • Lime wedges

Directions:

  1. In a bowl, mix the ground pork with fish sauce, soy sauce, garlic, sugar, lemongrass, shallot, and black pepper. Let it marinate for 30 minutes.
