Wagyu Beef Tacos with Chipotle Lime Slaw

Ingredients:

  • 1 lb Wagyu beef, thinly sliced
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp smoked paprika
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 8 small flour tortillas
  • 1 cup shredded red cabbage
  • 1/4 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 chipotle pepper in adobo sauce, minced
  • Juice of 1 lime
  • 1/4 cup chopped fresh cilantro
  • 1 avocado, sliced
  • Lime wedges for serving

Directions:

  1. In a bowl, mix Wagyu beef slices with olive oil, smoked paprika, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
  2. Heat a skillet over medium-high heat and cook the seasoned beef for 2-3 minutes per side until browned and cooked through.
