Ingredients:
- 1 lb large shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 1/2 cup fresh parsley, chopped
- 1/4 cup fresh cilantro, chopped
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/4 cup red wine vinegar
- 1/3 cup olive oil
- 1 tsp red pepper flakes
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Lemon wedges for serving
Directions:
- In a bowl, combine parsley, cilantro, garlic, red wine vinegar, olive oil, red pepper flakes, salt, and pepper to make the chimichurri sauce.
