Ingredients:

  • 2 large apples, peeled and sliced
  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1 tablespoon sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 2 tablespoons butter

Directions:

  1. Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C).
  2. In a large mixing bowl, whisk together the flour, eggs, milk, sugar, vanilla extract, cinnamon, and salt until smooth.
  3. In a skillet, melt the butter over medium heat and add the apple slices, cooking until slightly softened, about 3-4 minutes.
  4. Pour the batter over the apples in the skillet, then transfer the skillet to the preheated oven.
  5. Bake for 20-25 minutes or until the pancake is puffed and golden brown.
  6. Remove from the oven, let it cool slightly, then slice and serve.
