Apple Strudel

Ingredients:

• 1 package of phyllo dough
• 4 cups thinly sliced apples
• 1/2 cup sugar
• 1 teaspoon cinnamon
• 1/4 cup raisins
• 1/4 cup chopped walnuts
• 1 tablespoon lemon juice
• 1/4 cup melted butter
• Powdered sugar for dusting

Directions:

1. Preheat the air fryer to 350°F (175°C).
2. In a large bowl, mix sliced apples, sugar, cinnamon, raisins, walnuts, and lemon juice.
3. Lay out one sheet of phyllo dough on a clean surface and brush with melted butter.
4. Layer another sheet on top and brush with more butter. Repeat until you have 4-5 layers.
5. Spread the apple mixture along one edge of the phyllo dough.
6. Roll the dough tightly around the filling, tucking in the ends as you go.
7. Place the strudel seam-side down in the air fryer basket.
8. Air fry for 15-20 minutes or until golden brown.
9. Dust with powdered sugar before serving.
