Ingredients:

  • 2 lbs chicken wings
  • 1 cup BBQ sauce
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • 1 tsp smoked paprika
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • 1/4 tsp cayenne pepper
  • 2 tbsp chopped fresh parsley

Directions:

  1. Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
  2. In a large bowl, combine olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, salt, black pepper, and cayenne pepper.
  3. Add the chicken wings to the bowl and toss until they are evenly coated with the spice mixture.
  4. Place the wings on the grill and cook for about 20-25 minutes, turning occasionally until the wings are crispy and fully cooked.
  5. During the last 5 minutes of grilling, brush the wings generously with BBQ sauce.
  6. Remove the wings from the grill and let them rest for a few minutes.
  7. Garnish with chopped parsley before serving.
