  • 1 lb flank steak, thinly sliced
  • 2 cups broccoli florets

  • 2 tbsp oyster sauce
  • 1 tbsp cornstarch
  • 1 tsp sesame oil
  • 2 tbsp vegetable oil
  • 1/2 cup beef broth
  • 1 tsp ginger, grated
  • 1/4 tsp red pepper flakes
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Directions:

  1. In a small bowl, whisk together soy sauce, oyster sauce, cornstarch, sesame oil, and beef broth. Set aside.
