Ingredients:
- 1 cup granulated sugar
- 1 cup corn syrup
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
- 4 large eggs
- 1/4 cup bourbon
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 2 cups pecans, chopped
- 1 unbaked pie crust
Directions:
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large bowl, whisk together the sugar, corn syrup, melted butter, eggs, bourbon, and vanilla extract until smooth.
- Stir in the chopped pecans until evenly distributed.
- Pour the mixture into the unbaked pie crust.
