Cheesy Bacon Jalapeño Poppers

Ingredients:

  • 12 large jalapeño peppers
  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 6 slices bacon, cooked and crumbled
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • 1/2 tsp smoked paprika
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1/2 cup breadcrumbs

Directions:

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Cut the jalapeños in half lengthwise and remove the seeds.
  3. In a mixing bowl, combine cream cheese, cheddar cheese, crumbled bacon, garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper.
  4. Stuff each jalapeño half with the cheese mixture.
  5. Sprinkle breadcrumbs on top of the stuffed jalapeños.
  6. Place the jalapeños on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  7. Bake for 20-25 minutes or until the jalapeños are tender and the tops are golden brown.
