Cheesy Egg Burger

Ingredients:

• 1/2 lb ground beef
• 1 egg
• 2 slices of cheddar cheese
• 1/4 cup breadcrumbs
• 1/2 tsp salt
• 1/4 tsp black pepper
• 1 tbsp vegetable oil
• 2 burger buns

Directions:

1. In a bowl, mix the ground beef, breadcrumbs, salt, and black pepper until well combined.
2. Divide the mixture into two portions and shape them into burger patties.
3. Heat vegetable oil in a pan over medium heat.
4. Cook the burger patties for about 3-4 minutes per side, or until cooked through.
5. In the same pan, fry the egg to your desired doneness.
6. Place a slice of cheddar cheese on each burger patty to melt slightly.
7. Toast the burger buns until lightly golden.
8. Assemble the burger by placing the cheesy beef patty on the bottom bun, followed by the fried egg, another slice of cheddar cheese, and the top bun.
