Ingredients:
- 1 lb boneless, skinless chicken thighs, cut into bite-sized pieces
- 1 cup orange juice
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 1/4 cup honey
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tsp ginger, grated
- 2 tbsp cornstarch
- 2 tbsp water
- 2 tbsp vegetable oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Sesame seeds and green onions for garnish
Directions:
- In a bowl, whisk together orange juice, soy sauce, honey, garlic, and ginger.
- Marinate the chicken in half of the orange sauce for at least 30 minutes.
- In a small bowl, mix cornstarch and water to make a slurry.
- Heat oil in a pan over medium-high heat. Remove chicken from marinade and cook until browned and cooked through.
- Pour in the remaining orange sauce and cornstarch slurry. Stir well until the sauce thickens.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste.
