Ingredients:

  • 1 pound lamb shoulder, cut into 1-inch cubes
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
  • 1 teaspoon ground cumin
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Wooden skewers, soaked in water

Directions:

  1. In a bowl, combine olive oil, minced garlic, smoked paprika, ground cumin, salt, and pepper.
  2. Add the lamb cubes to the marinade and toss to coat. Let it marinate for at least 30 minutes.
  3. Preheat a grill or grill pan over medium-high heat.
  4. Thread the marinated lamb onto the soaked skewers.
  5. Grill the skewers for 8-10 minutes, turning occasionally, until the lamb is cooked to your desired doneness.
