- 3 kaffir lime leaves

- 1 red chili, sliced
- 1 tbsp fish sauce
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp brown sugar
- 1 cup sliced mushrooms
- 1/2 cup cherry tomatoes, halved

- Juice of 1 lime
Directions:
