Creamy Orecchiette with Canned Salmon

Ingredients:

• 8 oz orecchiette pasta
• 1 can (14.75 oz) canned salmon, drained and flaked
• 1/2 cup heavy cream
• 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
• 2 cloves garlic, minced
• 1 tablespoon olive oil
• 1 tablespoon butter
• Salt and pepper to taste
• Fresh parsley for garnish

Directions:

1. Cook the orecchiette pasta according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
2. In a large skillet, heat olive oil and butter over medium heat. Add minced garlic and cook until fragrant.
3. Add the flaked canned salmon to the skillet and cook for 2-3 minutes.
4. Pour in the heavy cream and stir until well combined. Simmer for another 2-3 minutes.
5. Add the cooked orecchiette pasta to the skillet. Toss to coat the pasta in the creamy salmon sauce.
6. Mix in grated Parmesan cheese and season with salt and pepper to taste. Stir until the cheese is melted and the sauce is creamy.
7. Remove from heat and garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
8. Serve the creamy orecchiette with canned salmon hot and enjoy!
