Ingredients:
- 2 large onions, cut into rings
 - 1 cup all-purpose flour
 - 1 tsp garlic powder
 - 1 tsp paprika
 - 1/2 tsp salt
 - 1/4 tsp black pepper
 - 1 cup buttermilk
 - 2 cups breadcrumbs
 - Vegetable oil for frying
 
Directions:
- In a bowl, combine flour, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and black pepper.
 - Dip onion rings into the flour mixture, then into the buttermilk, and finally coat with breadcrumbs.
 - Heat vegetable oil in a deep fryer or heavy-bottomed pot to 375°F (190°C).
 - Fry the coated onion rings in batches until golden brown, about 2-3 minutes per batch.
