Ingredients:
- 4 flathead fillets
- 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 4 tablespoons butter
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped
- 1 tablespoon fresh dill, chopped
- 1 lemon, juiced
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
Directions:
- In a shallow dish, mix flour, paprika, salt, and pepper. Dredge flathead fillets in the flour mixture, shaking off excess.
