Crispy Panko-Crusted Tonkatsu

Ingredients:

  • 4 pork loin chops
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
  • 2 eggs, beaten
  • 1 cup panko breadcrumbs
  • Vegetable oil for frying
  • Tonkatsu sauce for serving
  • Shredded cabbage for garnish

Directions:

  1. Season the pork chops with salt and pepper.
