Decadent Pumpkin Pie

Ingredients:

• 1 1/2 cups pumpkin puree
• 1 cup heavy cream
• 3/4 cup brown sugar
• 1/2 cup granulated sugar
• 3 large eggs
• 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
• 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
• 1/2 teaspoon ground nutmeg
• 1/4 teaspoon ground ginger
• 1/4 teaspoon salt
• 1 pre-made pie crust

Directions:

1. Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C).
2. In a large mixing bowl, combine pumpkin puree, heavy cream, brown sugar, granulated sugar, eggs, vanilla extract, cinnamon, nutmeg, ginger, and salt. Whisk until smooth.
3. Pour the pumpkin mixture into the pre-made pie crust.
4. Bake in the preheated oven for 15 minutes.
5. Reduce the oven temperature to 350°F (175°C) and continue baking for an additional 35-40 minutes, or until the filling is set and a knife inserted comes out clean.
6. Remove from the oven and let cool on a wire rack for at least 2 hours before serving.
