Ingredients:
- 1 1/2 cups pumpkin puree
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 3/4 cup brown sugar
- 1/2 cup granulated sugar
- 3 large eggs
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 1/2 teaspoon ground nutmeg
- 1/4 teaspoon ground ginger
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1 pre-made pie crust
Directions:
- Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C).
- In a large mixing bowl, combine pumpkin puree, heavy cream, brown sugar, granulated sugar, eggs, vanilla extract, cinnamon, nutmeg, ginger, and salt. Whisk until smooth.
- Pour the pumpkin mixture into the pre-made pie crust.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 15 minutes.
- Reduce the oven temperature to 350°F (175°C) and continue baking for an additional 35-40 minutes, or until the filling is set and a knife inserted comes out clean.
- Remove from the oven and let cool on a wire rack for at least 2 hours before serving.
