Ingredients:
- 4 salmon fillets
- 4 tablespoons unsalted butter, softened
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 lemon, zested and juiced
- 2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped
- 1 tablespoon fresh dill, chopped
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 4 pieces of aluminum foil, 12x12 inches
Directions:
- Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
- In a small bowl, combine the softened butter, minced garlic, lemon zest, lemon juice, parsley, dill, salt, and pepper. Mix well.
- Place a salmon fillet on each piece of aluminum foil.
