Ingredients:

  • 4 salmon fillets
  • 4 tablespoons unsalted butter, softened
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 lemon, zested and juiced
  • 2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped
  • 1 tablespoon fresh dill, chopped
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 4 pieces of aluminum foil, 12x12 inches

Directions:

  1. Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
  2. In a small bowl, combine the softened butter, minced garlic, lemon zest, lemon juice, parsley, dill, salt, and pepper. Mix well.
  3. Place a salmon fillet on each piece of aluminum foil.
  4. Spread the lemon-garlic-herb butter evenly over each salmon fillet.
  5. Fold the aluminum foil to create a sealed packet around each salmon fillet.
  6. Place the foil packets on the grill and cook for 15-20 minutes, or until the salmon flakes easily with a fork.
