Grilled BBQ Pork Ribs with Savory Dry Rub

Ingredients:

• 2 racks of pork ribs
• 1/4 cup brown sugar
• 2 tbsp paprika
• 1 tbsp garlic powder
• 1 tbsp onion powder
• 1 tbsp chili powder
• 1 tsp cayenne pepper
• 1 tsp black pepper
• 1 tsp salt
• 1 cup BBQ sauce

Directions:

1. In a bowl, mix brown sugar, paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, chili powder, cayenne pepper, black pepper, and salt to create the dry rub.
2. Rub the mixture generously over the pork ribs, ensuring all sides are coated. Let the ribs marinate for at least 2 hours or overnight for maximum flavor.
3. Preheat the grill to medium-high heat. Place the ribs on the grill and cook for about 30-40 minutes, turning occasionally, until the meat is tender and cooked through.
4. During the last 10 minutes of grilling, brush the ribs with BBQ sauce and continue to cook until the sauce caramelizes slightly.
5. Remove the ribs from the grill, let them rest for a few minutes, then slice and serve hot.
