Ingredients:

  • 1 lb ground bison
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 4 whole wheat burger buns
  • 1 avocado, diced
  • 1 small tomato, diced
  • 1/4 cup red onion, finely chopped
  • Juice of 1 lime
  • Fresh cilantro, chopped for garnish

Directions:

  1. Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
  2. In a bowl, combine ground bison, garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper. Mix until just combined.
  3. Form the mixture into 4 equal patties.
