Grilled Pimiento Cheese Delight

A creamy and tangy pimiento cheese blend grilled to perfection between crispy sourdough slices.

Ingredients:
- 1 cup shredded sharp cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup cream cheese, softened
- 1/4 cup diced pimientos, drained
- 1 tablespoon mayonnaise
- 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 8 slices of sourdough bread
- 4 tablespoons butter
Directions:
- In a bowl, mix together the cheddar cheese, cream cheese, pimientos, mayonnaise, Worcestershire sauce, and garlic powder until well combined.
- Spread a generous amount of the pimiento cheese mixture on one side of each slice of sourdough bread.
- Heat a skillet over medium heat and melt 1 tablespoon of butter.
- Place 4 slices of bread, cheese side up, in the skillet. Top with the remaining slices of bread, buttered side up.
- Cook for 4-5 minutes until golden brown, then flip and cook the other side for an additional 4-5 minutes until crispy and cheese is melted.
- Remove from the skillet and let cool for a minute before slicing in half.
