Grilled Swordfish Steaks with Lemon Herb Butter

Ingredients:

• 4 swordfish steaks (6 oz each)
• 2 tbsp olive oil
• Salt and pepper to taste
• 1/4 cup unsalted butter, softened
• 2 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped
• 1 tbsp fresh chives, chopped
• 1 garlic clove, minced
• Zest of 1 lemon
• Juice of 1/2 lemon

Directions:

1. Preheat grill to medium-high heat.
2. Brush swordfish steaks with olive oil and season with salt and pepper.
3. Grill swordfish steaks for 4-5 minutes per side, or until cooked through and grill marks appear.
4. In a small bowl, combine softened butter, parsley, chives, minced garlic, lemon zest, and lemon juice. Mix well to make the lemon herb butter.
5. Top each grilled swordfish steak with a generous dollop of lemon herb butter and serve hot.
