Grilled Swordfish Steaks with Lemon Herb Butter

  • 4 swordfish steaks (6 oz each)
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1/4 cup unsalted butter, softened

  • 1 tbsp fresh chives, chopped
  • 1 garlic clove, minced
  • Zest of 1 lemon
  • Juice of 1/2 lemon

Directions:
