Ingredients:
- 2 ounces boiling water
- 1 teaspoon honey
- 1 1/2 ounces bourbon
- 1 cinnamon stick
- 1 lemon wedge
Directions:
- Add the water, honey, bourbon, cinnamon stick and lemon wedge to a cup.
- Let sit for two minutes and stir with the cinnamon stick until the honey is dissolved.
- Add a squeeze of lemon if desired.
