Ingredients:
- 1 cup semolina
- 1 cup sugar
- 1/2 cup ghee
- 1/4 cup chopped nuts (almonds, pistachios)
- 4 cups water
- 1/2 tsp cardamom powder
Directions:
- Heat ghee in a pan over medium heat.
- Add semolina and roast until golden brown.
- In a separate pot, boil water and sugar to make a syrup.
- Slowly add the syrup to the roasted semolina while stirring continuously.
- Cook until the mixture thickens.
- Add cardamom powder and chopped nuts, mix well.
- Serve hot and enjoy!
