  • 1 cup semolina
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1/2 cup ghee
  • 1/4 cup chopped nuts (almonds, pistachios)
  • 4 cups water
  • 1/2 tsp cardamom powder

Directions:

  1. Heat ghee in a pan over medium heat.
  2. Add semolina and roast until golden brown.
  3. In a separate pot, boil water and sugar to make a syrup.
  4. Slowly add the syrup to the roasted semolina while stirring continuously.
  5. Cook until the mixture thickens.
  6. Add cardamom powder and chopped nuts, mix well.
