- Line an 8x8 inch pan with parchment paper, leaving an overhang on the sides for easy removal.
- In a microwave-safe bowl, combine the white chocolate chips and sweetened condensed milk.
- Microwave in 30-second intervals, stirring in between, until the mixture is smooth and fully melted.
- Stir in the Irish cream liqueur and green food coloring (if using) until well combined.
- Pour the mixture into the prepared pan and spread it evenly.
- Sprinkle the top with your choice of sprinkles and gently press them into the fudge.
- Refrigerate for at least 2 hours or until set.
- Once set, lift the fudge out of the pan using the parchment paper overhang and cut into squares.
