Ingredients:

  • 2 cups white chocolate chips
  • 1/2 cup sweetened condensed milk
  • 2 tbsp Irish cream liqueur
  • Green food coloring (optional)
  • Sprinkles for decoration

Directions:

  1. Line an 8x8 inch pan with parchment paper, leaving an overhang on the sides for easy removal.
  2. In a microwave-safe bowl, combine the white chocolate chips and sweetened condensed milk.
  3. Microwave in 30-second intervals, stirring in between, until the mixture is smooth and fully melted.
  4. Stir in the Irish cream liqueur and green food coloring (if using) until well combined.
  5. Pour the mixture into the prepared pan and spread it evenly.
  6. Sprinkle the top with your choice of sprinkles and gently press them into the fudge.
  7. Refrigerate for at least 2 hours or until set.
  8. Once set, lift the fudge out of the pan using the parchment paper overhang and cut into squares.
