Ingredients:
- 1 pound beef sirloin, cut into 1-inch cubes
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 2 tablespoons sesame oil
- 2 tablespoons brown sugar
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon ginger, grated
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 tablespoon sesame seeds
- 2 green onions, chopped
- 8 bamboo skewers, soaked in water
Directions:
- In a bowl, combine soy sauce, sesame oil, brown sugar, garlic, ginger, and black pepper. Mix well.
- Add the beef cubes to the marinade, ensuring they are well coated. Cover and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes.
- Preheat the grill to medium-high heat (about 375°F).
- Thread the marinated beef onto the soaked bamboo skewers.
- Grill the skewers for 8-10 minutes, turning occasionally, until the beef is cooked to your desired doneness.
- Sprinkle with sesame seeds and chopped green onions before serving.
