Ingredients:

  • 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon lemon zest
  • 2 tablespoons lemon juice
  • 1 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon dried thyme
  • Fresh parsley for garnish

Directions:

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a small bowl, mix together the lemon zest, lemon juice, black pepper, salt, garlic powder, and dried thyme.
  3. Rub the olive oil over each chicken breast, then spread the lemon-pepper mixture evenly on both sides.
