Ingredients:

  • 1 large mango (peeled and diced)
  • 1/2 a red onion (finely chopped)
  • 1 cup red bell pepper (chopped)
  • 1 small jalapeno pepper (seeded and chopped)
  • 2 clove of garlic (minced)
  • Juice of 1 lime
  • Salt to taste

Directions:

  1. Combine all ingredients, and season as desired with salt.
