Moroccan Spiced Air Fryer Chicken

Ingredients:

  • 4 chicken thighs, bone-in and skin-on
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon ground cumin
  • 1 teaspoon ground coriander
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 1/2 teaspoon turmeric
  • 1/2 teaspoon cayenne pepper
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 lemon, juiced
  • 2 tablespoons honey
  • Fresh cilantro for garnish

Directions:

  1. In a bowl, mix olive oil, cumin, coriander, paprika, cinnamon, turmeric, cayenne pepper, salt, pepper, lemon juice, and honey.
  2. Add chicken thighs to the marinade, ensuring they are well coated. Let marinate for at least 30 minutes.
  3. Preheat the air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
  4. Place the marinated chicken thighs in the air fryer basket, skin side up.
  5. Cook for 25-30 minutes or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (75°C) and the skin is crispy.
  6. Remove from the air fryer and let rest for 5 minutes.
  7. Garnish with fresh cilantro before serving.
