Peppery Blackened Shrimp Pasta

Ingredients:

  • 8 oz linguine pasta
  • 1 lb large shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tbsp black pepper
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/2 cup heavy cream
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley

Directions:

  1. Cook pasta according to package instructions, then drain and set aside.
  2. In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium-high heat.
  3. Season shrimp with black pepper and salt, then add them to the skillet and cook until they turn pink, about 2-3 minutes per side.
  4. Add garlic to the skillet and sauté for 1 minute.

  6. Stir in Parmesan cheese until melted and sauce thickens slightly.
  7. Add cooked pasta to the skillet and toss to coat in the creamy sauce.
