Ingredients:

  • 4 boneless pork chops
  • 1 cup pineapple juice
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • 1 teaspoon ginger powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 2 tablespoons vegetable oil

Directions:

  1. In a bowl, mix pineapple juice, minced garlic, soy sauce, honey, ginger powder, salt, and pepper to create the marinade.
