Ingredients:
- 1 pound ground pork
- 1 cup finely chopped green onions
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon sesame oil
- 1 teaspoon ginger, grated
- 1 package wanton wrappers
- Oil for frying
- Salt and pepper to taste
Directions:
- In a mixing bowl, combine ground pork, green onions, garlic, soy sauce, sesame oil, ginger, salt, and pepper. Mix well.
- Place a wanton wrapper on a clean surface. Add a teaspoon of the pork mixture in the center.
- Moisten the edges of the wrapper with water, fold it over to create a triangle, and press to seal. Fold the two corners of the triangle towards the center to form a wanton shape.
- Heat oil in a deep pan over medium heat. Fry the wantons in batches until golden brown and cooked through, about 4-5 minutes.
- Remove the wantons and drain on paper towels. Serve hot with dipping sauce.
